The Role
As a Logistics Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for coordinating logistics flows and managing a team of drivers, planners, or warehouse operators. You’ll help ensure smooth, timely, and efficient movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily logistics operations including transport, routing, or loading

Coach and support team members to meet service and performance targets

Solve operational issues and escalate when necessary

Monitor logistics KPIs and help implement continuous improvement measures

Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met

Your Profile

3+ years in a logistics coordination or supervisory role
-
Knowledge of logistics processes and systems (TMS/WMS)
-
People management skills and a hands-on mindset
-
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English

Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
