I’m truly glad you’re here, taking the time to discover what we’re all about.
You might already know what we do—but who we are is the real heart of N&J Connect. My name is Jelle Dijk, one of the founders of this company. But beyond that, I’m a son, a brother, a partner—just an everyday person, much like you.
Growing up in Apeldoorn, Netherlands, I had an unshakeable passion for anything with wheels. BMX became my first love. It wasn’t just a sport for me; it was a life experience—training intensely through the Dutch talent program, racing nationally and internationally, learning resilience, and finding my edge. This world taught me dedication, discipline, and the pursuit of something bigger than myself.
In my early twenties, I took this drive and threw it into my professional life. By obtaining the bachelor Business Management and master Business Ethics, I honed my skills I and developed a passion for understanding what makes a business truly thrive.
This path led me to find a passion for Supply Chain. Through roles across commercial, operational, warehouse and customer-facing fields. I delved deeply into every aspect of the logistics chain—from order to cash, warehousing, EDI integrations, and the nuances of 3- and 4PL logistics. Curiosity guided me, pushing me to understand each piece of the puzzle.
Together with Niels, I believe that our combination of skills, mindset, and commitment can bring a strategic advantage to any logistics journey. We’re not just here to provide services; we’re here to build something meaningful with you.

Let me introduce myself: My name is Niels Tammer, co-founder of N&J Connect. In addition to working for this beautiful company, I am a father, son, brother, partner and love the beautiful things in life.
I was born in Soest, Netherlands and grew up in a smaller town next to Soest called Soesterberg. In my younger years I was mainly involved in music (dance), I liked to watch football and I did the things that any other child would do in his younger years; making fun!
My passion for logistics started around the age of 17 and after completing my studies I was able to learn the tricks of the trade through experienced friends/future colleagues. Of course, this was a process of trial and error, from which I learned a lot, especially on a personal level from which I still benefit a lot nowadays! In addition to my experience in various logistics environments, I chose to continue my studies, which I was able to complete in the evenings next to my work in logistics.
Besides the experience mentioned above I have a deep understanding of the various aspects of logistics, including transportation, inventory management, warehousing and distribution. Throughout my career, I have successfully implemented efficient and cost-effective logistics strategies to streamline operations and enhance productivity, also I am skilled in utilizing technology and data analysis to improve visibility and track performance in logistics operations.
In the meantime, I am extremely proud to be able to start our own company together with Jelle Dijk and to be able to make a difference and impact for candidates and companies.
