The Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will take ownership of daily warehouse operations, leading your team with a focus on efficiency, safety, and service. Your ability to motivate others and optimize logistics flows will be critical in meeting operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coach a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and engagement

Oversee order processing, stock control, and shipping/receiving functions

Identify improvement opportunities in processes and implement best practices

Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized working environment

Report on KPIs and support continuous performance improvements

Your Profile

At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role
-
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on mentality

Experience with warehouse systems (WMS) and a good command of MS Office
-
Fluent in Dutch and English
-
A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
