The Role
As a Teamlead Warehouse, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of warehouse operations. You lead your team with a focus on service, efficiency, and safety, playing a key role in the smooth flow of goods and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coach warehouse employees to improve productivity and morale

Oversee order processing, inventory management, and inbound/outbound operations

Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices

Maintain a safe, organized and compliant work environment

Report on KPIs and contribute to continuous performance improvements

Your Profile

Minimum of 3 years in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role

Strong leadership and organizational skills with a hands-on mindset

Experience with WMS systems and MS Office

Strong communication in English and Dutch

Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
