The Role
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the full operational management of a warehouse facility. You’ll lead teams, improve processes, and ensure that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse operations including goods-in, storage, and outbound logistics

Lead and develop team leaders and warehouse personnel

Improve processes related to productivity, accuracy, and cost-efficiency

Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures

Monitor KPIs and prepare strategic reports for senior stakeholders

Your Profile

5+ years of experience in warehouse management

Strong leadership and operational control skills

Familiarity with WMS systems and Lean/5S methodologies

Excellent organizational and communication skills
